Ethical Trading Policy

ETHICAL TRADING POLICY

Flamco UK Ltd purchases equipment from many different sources. We are committed to ensuring that all our suppliers follow respected practices with both their employment and their environmental policies.

This policy documents our commitment to helping promote internationally recognised policies for human rights, ethical rights and environmental issues within our supply chain.

Flamco UK Ltd expects all it’s suppliers to comply with local laws and regulations regarding the following:

• Not using forced labour
• Not using child labour outside of what is deemed acceptable for purposes associated with education
• Ensure that all companies meet health and safety standards and provide an acceptable workplace
• Allow all workers to be a member of legally recognised trade unions without prejudice

We will not allow our suppliers to seek unfair advantage by the payment of bribes.

We expect all our suppliers to work with us towards minimising the effect their business has on the environment.

Should a concern be raised about any of the issues above, we will, where possible, endeavour to work with our supplier to eliminate the problem

The above is a working document and as such is reviewed regularly.

The responsibility for this policy falls to all members of the senior management team.
