BUSINESS CONDUCT POLICY


1. Introduction

All of our employees are required to comply with this policy on social, environmental and ethical behaviour.

4. Health and Safety

Health and Safety is a legal requirement. It is paramount that we provide a safe working environment for all of our employees and for anyone who visits us. As required by law we have an accident book and review any accidents that occur in great detail. All accidents or near misses are discussed at management meeting and appropriate action is then taken.

We ensure that all safety policies are in place and adhered to. We will not tolerate Health and Safety non-compliance. All members of staff are instructed to report any non compliance immediately to the Health and Safety officer.


5. Commercial

Flamco UK Ltd prides itself on having strong relationships with all of its customers.

We promise that we will deal with the highest level of integrity and that we conduct business both lawfully and ethically.

No Flamco UK Ltd employee shall seek to obtain improper advantage by offering inappropriate items of value, outside of what is deemed to be accepted levels of hospitality and courtesy.

No employee shall accept either directly or indirectly anything of value that may influence their decision making in business activities.

All employees will treat information gained from customers with upmost confidentiality.

Should a conflict of interest occur, then all employees will disclose this to their manager.


6. Social

Flamco UK insists upon compliance on matters such as Equal Opportunities, Data Protection, Health and Safety and all legal issues.

Flamco UK Ltd does not in any way tolerate Bullying, Discrimination of any type or Anti Social Behaviour.
